These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the atom4d platform. Please read them carefully in full before registering an account or placing any wager.

All registered members must be at least 21 years of age and reside in Indonesia. atom4d enforces strict KYC verification and reserves the right to close accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are credited instantly. Withdrawals to verified accounts are processed within three minutes during WIB business hours.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements. Misuse of promotions — including multi-accounting and arbitrage betting — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Members are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. atom4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication but cannot be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from member negligence.

Access to and use of the atom4d Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older at the time of registration. atom4d enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Platform is designed for and primarily marketed to residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and must access the Platform from within the Indonesian archipelago. atom4d reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts if it determines that a Member is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Registration by individuals under legal guardianship, insolvency orders, or other forms of legal incapacity is strictly prohibited.
Each Member may hold only one active Account on the Platform. atom4d employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment-method verification to detect and prevent duplicate account registration. Operating multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
To become a Member, you must complete the atom4d registration form in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes immediate grounds for account termination.
atom4d is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of:
atom4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request will be restricted to withdrawal-only mode until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. atom4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
All accounts on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. atom4d does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
atom4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:
atom4d reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. The payment methods available to a specific Member may vary based on account verification status, transaction history, and applicable payment-provider terms.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others listed above) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to a Member's Wallet Balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time. atom4d does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests to verified bank accounts are processed by atom4d within three minutes of request submission during WIB business hours (08: 00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours are queued and processed at the start of the next business session. atom4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals will only be credited to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own verified name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method and account tier. atom4d reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. Members with Gold-tier loyalty status benefit from elevated withdrawal limits as detailed in the Loyalty Program documentation.
atom4d operates in full compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any deposits that cannot be substantiated through a verifiable legitimate source of funds may be frozen pending investigation. atom4d reserves the right to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant regulatory authorities. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine wagering on the Platform is strictly prohibited.
All bonuses, free-spin credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by atom4d are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type as follows:
atom4d operates sophisticated detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and potential permanent account suspension:
atom4d's promotional calendar is aligned with key Indonesian cultural and sporting events, including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Ramadhan, and major football tournament finals. Promotional terms for seasonal offers are published at the time of the offer and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by atom4d's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. By placing a sports wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted those rules. atom4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.
Mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections into a single wager) is available on all eligible football markets. A minimum of three selections is required to constitute a valid mix parlay bet. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the remaining selections are recalculated at the applicable odds. atom4d's mix parlay rules are published in full on the Platform's sports betting help section.
All live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack, dragon tiger, and roulette — are operated by certified third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game results are determined by live dealers and certified random equipment. atom4d does not manipulate live casino game outcomes. In the event of a studio disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant studio provider's disconnection policy.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw schedules, prize structures, and payout rates are published on the Platform's dedicated togel section. Draw results are final and cannot be challenged after the draw window has closed. Togel wagers must be placed before the draw cut-off time displayed on the Platform.
All slot games, including slot gacor (high-frequency return slot games popular among Indonesian players), are provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available in the game's information panel. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and are independently audited.
Sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) events are streamed live from certified arenas. Bets are placed as either Meron (the favoured side) or Wala (the opposing side) prior to the start of each match. In the event of a cancelled or inconclusive match, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Members' Wallet Balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the atom4d Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the atom4d Platform — including but not limited to the atom4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of atom4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of atom4d.
atom4d strives to maintain Platform availability on a 24/7 basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. atom4d shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities, or other damages arising from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. atom4d shall not be liable for any wagering losses incurred by Members through legitimate use of the Platform. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that all wagers are placed voluntarily and with full knowledge of the risk of financial loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atom4d's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to atom4d in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits atom4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
atom4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
atom4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. atom4d does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting atom4d's customer support team via the email address provided in Clause 14. Upon account closure, any remaining verified Wallet Balance (net of Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within five WIB business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
atom4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without notice, in the event of:
Upon account termination, all Bonus Funds and loyalty points are immediately forfeited. Verified cash balances will be returned to the Member subject to completion of any applicable AML verification procedures. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which atom4d holds its primary international operating licence. The application of any national laws that would result in a different governing law is expressly excluded.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Members who wish to raise a formal complaint regarding the Platform or its services should contact atom4d's customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. atom4d targets a first-response time of 24 hours for all formal complaints submitted by email and aims to resolve the majority of complaints within five WIB business days.
atom4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the Platform's notification system and/or via the email address registered on the Member's account, with a minimum of seven days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of your verified Wallet Balance.
